Why does vacuum not work?
1.Please check whether the vacuum is out of battery or low on power.If so, please fully charge the vacuum, then resume use.
2.Please check whether the vacuum is overheated. Overheat protection mode may be triggered by blockage.Please wait until the vacuum cools down.
3.Please check whether the suction port or airway passage is blocked. If so, please clean the blockage.
How often do I need to replace the filter? Is the filter washable?
Wash: It is recommended to wash the cyclone module, pre-filter and filter in every 3-4 month before replacing them with a new one.
Dry: Make sure the filter and foam are fully dried for about 24 hours before installation and use.
Can I leave the vacuum and keep it charged all the time?
Yes. After fully charged, the circuit will automatically disconnect to protect the vacuum from overcharging.
How to do when the suction power is weak?
1.Please confirm whether there is too much garbage in the dust cup and clean it up.
2.Please confirm whether the filter is clogged due to excessive dust, and clean it up. Please confirm whether the filter has been thoroughly dried before using it after washing.

what to do when there is abnormal noise from the main body?
1.Check whether filter, dust cup and main suction orifice are blocked by foreign matter.
2.If you have cleaned filter recently, please dry it thoroughly before use.
3.If issue persist after above steps, please turn on the vacuum and switch suction levels to listen to the sound. And, please send a video or video link to Dreame support team so as to locate your problem as soon as possible.

How to do when there is an error code: Air duct block?
The error message "Air duct blocked" indicates that the dust compartment, cyclone assembly, extension rod or smart multi-brush bar may be blocked and the filter is dirty needing to be cleaned.

How to set languages?
Press the mode button and hold for 3 seconds-press the mode button once to select a language-press the mode button and hold for 3 seconds to confirm (a ✔ appears at the same time) and return to the home screen (with working mode and status). How to maintain the smart all-surface brush?
1.When using the smart all-surface to clean, do not start and stop repeatedly within a short period of time (intervals of more than 3 seconds). Please select Eco mode when using it on carpets.
